Farmers Market at City Center in Newport News

A collection of products that are straight from the farm! Includes locally grown fruits and vegetables, eggs, free range chicken, pork and bison. Also available are bath products, fresh bread, dog treats, seafood, plants, herbs, baked goods, and dairy products, such as cheese, goat's cheese, and milk. Come see what we have to offer every Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm, May through September!

Smithfield Farmers Market

Welcome to the Smithfield Farmers Market. Our markets are dedicated to being genuine homegrown, homemade, and handcrafted farmers markets. Our vendors are local farmers, ranchers, home cooks, crafters, artisans and craftsmen within 100 miles of Smithfield, VA.

​Our Smithfield Farmers Market kicks off April 6th this year and runs every Saturday morning from 9am - 12pm, with Holiday markets running from 9am-1pm. It is held in the parking lot of Bank of Southside Virginia at 115 Main Street, Smithfield, VA.

Portsmouth Olde Towne Farmers Market

Seasonal fresh produce; artisan breads, pies, cakes, scones, savory biscuits, brownies, cookies and other baked goods; beef, poultry, eggs, and seafood; jams and jellies, salsas and sauces; plants and flowers; hand-crafted soaps and more.  Several farmers specialize in heirloom produce and free-range poultry and eggs, and most products are locally grown/raised without the use of chemicals or hormones.  Portsmouth's Master Gardeners sell potted herbs and are available for free consultation about gardening in the region and special programs and workshops.

Suffolk Farmers Market-To-Go

Suffolk Tourism is pleased to announce the opening of the Suffolk Farmers’ Market-To-Go in lieu of the traditional Farmers’ Market held at the same site, 524 North Main Street. Customers may order directly from participating market vendors via phone or email, picking up their orders beginning Saturday, May 2, 2020 (for each successive Saturday until further notice), at the Suffolk Visitor Center parking lot. This new system will provide the community with the opportunity to purchase garden-fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, jams and jellies, meats and poultry, plus personal care products from many of their favorite market vendors each Saturday. We can financially support these small businesses while enjoying their fresh and oftentimes unique offerings. Product lists will be available every Tuesday at SuffolkVaFarmersMarket.com and facebook.com/SuffolkFarmersMarketVirginia. Order pick-ups are scheduled for Saturdays, from 9 a.m. until noon, in a drive-thru process only, circling through the Suffolk Visitor Center parking lot with vendors situated according to recommended social distancing safety practices in light of the COVID-19 crisis. Customers are to enter and exit the parking lot using the Constance Road access only. Pre-payment is required for orders as no additional on-site sales, cash transactions, or walk-up customers are allowed.

Virginia Beach Farmers Market

For over 30 years fresh, local produce has been available at the Virginia Beach Farmers Market. The Market also features: plants, a dairy store, a butcher shop, a candy store, specialty home & garden gifts, specialty backyard feeders, an organic grocer and a restaurant(opens at 7:00 a.m.) The Market is open year-round. Most merchants are open from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Special events are held each month April thru December. Live Country music is performed Friday evenings May thru September! Located at 3640 Dam Neck Road on the Corner of Dam Neck Road & Princess Anne Road in Princess Anne Commons area. Open Year-Round.

Williamsburg Farmers Market

The Williamsburg Farmers Market is located in Merchants Square in the heart of historic Williamsburg, Virginia.  Flowerbeds and benches offer a tranquil setting for this open-air, Virginia producer-only market.  Over 35 vendors offer a variety of local products, among which are fresh seasonal produce, chicken, beef, pork, oysters, fish, crabs, prawns, herbs, potted plants, baked goods, confections, honey, cheese, cut flowers, handmade soaps, and more.  Enjoy chef demonstrations, listen to live music, and learn while you shop.  Saturdays, March through December 8:00 am -12:00 pm.  The Market accepts cash, credit cards, SNAP, and W&M Express.  See website for music, chefs and vendor information.  Free parking available.

Yorktown Market Days

Our waterfront farmers market is one of the most unique in Hampton Roads-offering spectacular views of the York River, live music, food trucks, chef cooking demonstrations, and a variety of vendors! 

Saturdays May-October you'll discover something new! Shop for seasonal produce; fresh seafood; meats; breads; handmade soaps and candles; honey; gourmet dog treats; and a beautiful display of work from local artists and artisans. 

After the weekly season wraps up, you can look forward to special holiday markets on select Saturdays in November and December. Take advantage of extended hours to shop for gifts and holiday goodies. From hay rides to pumpkins to face painting-these special markets bring the community together with fun for all ages!
